Terracotta Tangle

This 8-inch circular abstract painting on a wood canvas, evokes the raw beauty of nature's hidden networks.  Bold hues of deep red, vibrant blue and warm gold swirl, converging in the center where a striking band of cell lacing flows like the veins of earth or roots underground.  The organic web of laced cells draws the eye inward, suggesting a pulse of energy or life force within the earth itself.  Rich and textured, this piece feels both grounded and alive-like molten roots threading through soil, capturing the untamed rhythm of nature beneath our feet.  Finished in glossy epoxy resin.
